Photos and listing remarks only tell part of the story. I’ll help you evaluate layout, condition, location, resale considerations, property-specific details, and anything else that may not be obvious at first glance so you can look at each home more objectively.
The strongest offer isn’t always the highest offer. We’ll look at the property, competing interest, comparable sales, your priorities, and the terms that matter most so you can make an offer that is competitive without taking on unnecessary risk.
Once you’re under contract, there are a lot of moving pieces: inspections, financing, appraisal, negotiations, deadlines, and closing. I’ll keep the process organized, explain what matters as decisions come up, and make sure you know what to expect at each stage.
